The iPod Touch is the revolutionary new iPod that takes the iPod to the
next level with a touch screen for controlling everything, large widescreen
video and even wireless internet access and file transfer.
The iPod Touch uses the same layout and technology as the iPhone and so is
a beautiful piece of equipment, it looks very sleek but it is the technology
that makes the iPod Touch so wonderful. The touch screen is very impressive
as you can flip though your tracks and zoom in and out all by using the touch
screen and so now the clickwheel is no longer needed.
The screen is also very impressive indeed as it is widescreen but will also
operate in portrait mode if you hold it upright and it is so clever that it
can tell which way you are holding the iPod Touch and adjust the screen accordingly!
So if you are watching video you can hold it in landscape and you will be
treated to widescreen video or if you wish to view the tracks or photos in
portrait mode then simply hold the iPod Touch upright and it will automatically
show the content in that format.
The iPod Touch also has a wireless connection and so if you have a wireless
network at home then you can very easily transfer your music and video from
your computer without any cables! And it does not stop there; you can access
the internet and view web sites on the actual iPod Touch and it has a very
clever zoom feature so that you can zoom in on certain parts of a web page
if you cannot see them properly.
The iPod Touch also has a very good amount of capacity with 8GB and 16GB models
available and they both offer plenty of space. The 16GB iPod Touch can hold
3500 MP3 tracks and 20 hours of video with the 8GB model offering half of that
but being cheaper and so it all depends on how much space you need.
This is the latest iPod and so is not going to be as cheap as some of the other
iPods but you can find some cheap deals online and we have displayed all of
