George Foreman grills are known as the Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machines because they drain the fat and grease away as they cook the food. They’re available in a full range of sizes to meet the needs and budgets of everyone.
The Classic Health grill has an 800 cm grilling surface and comes with all the usual George Foreman features: a non-stick cooking plate which makes cleaning a breeze, channels to carry off excess grease and fat, a drip collection tray so you can see where the fat goes (and how much healthier your food is), a minute timer and floating hinges so the lid won’t damage the food. This particular model will cook up to 8 burgers or 6 chicken breasts or 5 steaks at the same time and comes in a stylish cast aluminium body.
The Double Champion BBQ Grill and Stand operates on either gas or electric power and can be used indoors without the stand or outdoors for grills and barbecues all year round. It also features a cast aluminium body and comes with stay cool handles for added safety, an adjustable temperature control and a 30 minute timer so your food cooks just the way you like it. Like most models, it has a double non-stick coated grill which cooks both sides of the food at once for faster and more even results.
The Junior Health Grill is more of a mini grill and sandwich toaster that also doubles as a bun warmer, perfect for lunchtimes or for quick snacks when the children get home from school. Or there’s the Grill and Griddle, a combination double-width version that’s half grill and half griddle, so you can grill hamburgers or chicken and fry bacon and eggs at the same time. Both have a non-stick surface and variable temperature controls.
The Baby George Chrome version is a compact model for those with limited kitchen space or less mouths to feed. Naturally it has a smaller cooking surface and cooks fewer portions at once, but all the other standard features are the same.
Included with each unit are specially designed spatulas that fit into the grooves of the grill plates, making turning and removing food simpler and cleaner.
