Some of the coolest toys at the moment are the robot toys as they have become incredibly advanced and can do all kinds of cool functions.

The most popular robot has to be the Robosapien as this is very advanced and has been improved over the last few years. It now has infrared sight and so can avoid objects that are in front of it and this is excellent when the Robosapien is running or dancing. The Robosapien also has over 100 functions and so can entertain for hours, you can control it yourself or you can set it do a routine with which it will happily go around on it's own accord.

A very popular robot at the moment is the Dragonfly robot as this can actually fly around and is very realistic. The wings of the Dragonfly are very advanced and so it can fly in several different ways; it can fly, flutter, hover, soar and then dive-bomb and so it is a huge amount of fun and the Dragonfly can also be used indoors as well as out.

Another creature robot that is very popular is the Roboraptor which is a dinosaur robot and is very cool indeed. It has a very fluid motion and so can walk and run as well as showing predatory instincts and this has to be seen in action to appreciate as it whips it's tail and moves it's head. The Roboraptor also has different moods which are hunter, cautious and playful and it will behave very differently in each mood and so you can have allot of fun changing the mood of the Roboraptor.

The funniest robot toy has to be the Homesapien as this looks just like Homer from The Simpsons and has lots of phrases that fans will love. But apart from that it is also a fully functioning robot that can walk and dance and has most of the Robosapien features. There is also a Spiderman robot called the Spidersapien and this is just like the Homer robot but looks like Spiderman and has Spiderman phrases.
